Index licensing

All indices developed, computed and disseminated by Wiener Börse AG are legally protected trademarks.

The use as a benchmark or basis for structured products (e.g. index certificates, options), or for passively or actively managed funds, exchange traded funds, OTC options, swaps, derivatives, or for any other index-linked financial product offered by a bank or other financial institution, requires a contractual agreement before such financial products may be issued. Wiener Börse AG grants with such a contract the right to use indices and the respective trade marks.
